Group Coaching Program Registration Now Open

Ripples of Betrayal Coaching reserves the right to cancel any advertised program for specific dates due to insufficient registration. Every attempt will be made to reschedule those already assigned to a program date to a different program date.

Why Group Coaching Program?

This is a 12-week structured program that includes:

  • weekly live personalized coaching,
  • weekly assignments involving educational material and videos
  • weekly focused discussion about specific topics related to betrayal recovery, growth, and transformation
  • peer support of a cohort of 10 betrayed women offering peer support.

Group dynamics offer excellent opportunities for betrayal recovery, including:

  • Being in a room (or virtual space) with others who have similar experiences can be profoundly validating. You quickly discover your feelings aren’t strange or excessive—they’re human.
  • Validation greatly reduces self-doubt, giving you the courage to confront painful emotions and challenge unhealthy beliefs.
  • Hearing someone else say the words you’ve been too afraid or ashamed to speak can be incredibly healing.
  • Shame is a normal part of experiencing betrayal. Seeing others you respect and care for struggle with the same thoughts and emotions can help dismantle your shame.
  • Group members often share insights, tools, and coping strategies that have worked for them, providing a collective wisdom that’s hard to replicate elsewhere.
  • Being around others who “get it” can calm the waters; you become more willing to connect again, feeling less alone, more understood, and more emotionally supported.
  • It also provides structure and rhythm when life feels chaotic and uncertain.
  • Finally, knowing others are walking alongside you (and will notice your progress or check in when you’re struggling) creates accountability that supports long-term recovery and transformation.

Steps Before Starting Group Coaching Program

  • Receive, review, sign, and return short consent forms
  • Complete a short questionnaire about your betrayal and what you hope to get out of group coaching
  • Attend a 60-minute intake session to determine if the group coaching program is a good fit for you
  • If we agree that Group Coaching is a good fit:
    • Sign a group coaching contract indicating you will abide by the group’s agreed-to protocols
    • Be assigned to a particular Group Coaching Program cohort starting on a specific date. You may request to be added to a waitlist for future sessions if the advertised program dates don’t align with your schedule.
  • If we decide group coaching is not a good fit for you, you are welcome to take advantage of 1:1 coaching.
